How to Login
Step 1: Hover your mouse to the “Account”. Under the “Optometrist login” section, click on the black “Log in” button
How to place order
Step 1: Navigate to the “catalogue” menu. There is also a drop-down menu for you to quickly navigate if you know which collections that you are currently looking for.
NB:you have to login first before continuing to the next step
Step 2:Â Once you have picked what you want, the system will bring you to the checkout page. Following the instructions provided there.Â
NB: if you are the first time placing an order, you will be asked to fulfill the billing information before continuing to the next step. You will also be able to change the billing information under the “Account” page later on
Step 3:Â After you successfully place the order, you will be able to receive an email from the system with these order details
View hisotry order
Step 1: Navigate to the “Account“ menu.
Step 2: Login with your given account first and you shall be able to find “recent order” on the drop-down menu
